A vinyasa-style yoga class designed to link breath with movement through a continuous flow of postures – without the heat.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled/ canceled before 24 hours of the class. If you cancel within 12 hours or no show to class, that would result in a $15 dollar cancellation. The unlimited membership will be billed monthly and can be canceled with a 30 day written notice after 6 months. Email christa@kinetichousepilates.com if you would like to cancel.
