Cancellation Policy

Classes are subject to cancellation if there are fewer than 3 people signed up for a class. Rescheduling will be offered. Patrons who arrive 5 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed in. Sessions can be rescheduled/canceled at least 24 hours before the class. If you cancel within 12 hours or no-show for class, that will result in a $15 cancellation fee. The unlimited membership will be billed monthly and can be canceled with a 30-day written notice after 6 months. Email christa@kinetichousepilates.com if you would like to cancel.
