Terms & Conditions

Classes are subject to cancellation if fewer than 3 people sign up. Rescheduling will be offered. Patrons who arrive 5 minutes after class starts will not be allowed in. 

 

Single sessions, class packs, and memberships are non-refundable and expire within 60 days following purchase. The unlimited membership will be billed monthly and can be canceled with a 30-day written notice after 6 months. Email christa@kinetichousepilates.com if you would like to cancel.

Sessions can be rescheduled/ canceled up to 24 hours before the class. If you cancel within 12 hours or no show to class, that would result in a $15 dollar cancellation/no show fee. This allows people on the waitlist time to make themselves available for class and prevents people from missing an opening in the class.
