A heated vinyasa-style yoga class designed to link breath with movement through a continuous flow of postures. Expect energizing sequences that build heat, challenge your body, and leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are subject to cancellation if there are fewer than 3 people signed up for a class. Rescheduling will be offered. Patrons who arrive 5 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed in. Sessions can be rescheduled/canceled at least 24 hours before the class. If you cancel within 12 hours or no-show for class, that will result in a $15 cancellation fee. The unlimited membership will be billed monthly and can be canceled with a 30-day written notice after 6 months. Email christa@kinetichousepilates.com if you would like to cancel.
